Features:
I call it pro vintage, meaning it looks like it drove
right out of the 70's with its factory look with additions
like the Keystone Klassic wheels and narrowed rear end but
has some hidden modern conveniences like a fuel Injected
Six Pack, upgraded suspension, disc brakes all around,
rejuvenated factory air conditioning, and beautiful red
candy paint on the body and even on the engine.
History:
Owned by me since I was 21, in 1983, this car has been totalled
out twice and rebuilt each time. It was rotisserie-restored
four years ago to an amazing shine with modern performance
but this car is no trailer queen. I drove it to the Mopar
Nationals in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and to Richard Petty's
Garage in North Carolina. This car is driven regularly!
Featured in a 12-page spread in RPM Magazine and
autographed by both Richard and Kyle Petty, this car is
one of only about 620 Rallyes built with the 440 engine.
I drove this car as an extra in the movie, The Box, featuring
Cameron Diaz and James Marsden, in 2009.
